About Chattanooga Washing Co.
A Soft Wash Company Built for Chattanooga Weather
Chattanooga gets 55 inches of rain a year and averages 71.9% relative humidity, so algae, mildew and pollen film come back on siding and roofs every season. Chattanooga Washing Co. was set up to clean those surfaces the way the manufacturers recommend: a soft wash for siding and shingles, and real pressure only for concrete, pavers and stone.
Our crews handle house washing, roof soft washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, gutter clean-outs and brightening, window washing, deck and fence cleaning, and rust and red clay stain removal. On the commercial side we wash storefronts, office buildings, parking garages, HOA communities and fleets, with hi-lift equipment for buildings up to 10 stories.
Every estimate is free, every house wash is guaranteed mold and mildew free for 12 months, and the detergents are biodegradable and low-odor. We are insured, work evenings and weekends by appointment, and cover Chattanooga, the rest of Hamilton County and the North Georgia towns along the state line.
